Flexible Working Hours
Our core working hours are between 10:00am and 4:30pm, allowing you to be flexible with your working day. We have a fixed hybrid working approach where have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, along with an additional 20 flexible days.
Events & Parties
We have two big off-site events a year - summer team building and the HARDlight Christmas party. We also have plenty of internal events throughout the year like Easter, Mental Health Day, Halloween and more!

We have a new breakout and kitchen space where you can help yourself to cereal, bread and fruit to kickstart your day! We also have fully stocked fridges with drinks and two state-of-the-art coffee machines to keep you going.
