Whats your favourite thing about working at HARDlight?

What I like the most about working at Sega HARDlight is the opportunity to interact with people who are amazing at what they do, and to see them come together to develop games that millions of players across the world enjoy playing.
 

What makes working at HARDlight different?

HARDlight provides a safe place to learn and grow. It nurtures new talent and gives you space to develop skills that you feel passionately about. A cultural trait that stands out is people's willingness to help each other. If you ask for support or guidance for your work, people will go out of their way to provide that to you. Remember that the same is expected from you as well :)
 

Favourite moment at HARDlight?

Watching the first and second Sonic Movies in the cinema with the HARDlight team and feeling so proud to work on developing such an epic IP.
 

What are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of working with the team on the mobile title Sonic Forces Speed Battle to improve the mission experience and also catching cheaters in the game. The positive comments from players through the different channels especially Discord are very gratifying (and sometimes hilarious!).
